It is clearly better for all classes, with the possible exceptions being warriors. Say good bye to dexless NLs.

It's not better for me and I am dexless. 1att = ~9-10 LUK. 10att = ~90-100 LUK.

Of course, that might be only me since I don't plan on ever wearing claws that require DEX.
