No they didn't.
It was originally 10 PST tonight but it got pushed back TWO HOURS. It is midnight tonight.

Uhm... What buggers me is that on GMT time, they used... the 30th... I hope it's one of Nexon's epic typos, because it'll be the 29th here.

They're more likely to screw up someone else's time than the timezone they live in.

I'll make this easy for you: it's tonight.
Here's some evidence to substantiate this...
- They've screwed up on time's a lot, but more often than not it's been the GMT time and not PDT (which is their time)
- For the last few months, all patches and server checks have taken place at around 3:00 AM EST (12:00 PST; the time the patches is supposed to start.)
