Does anything have a list of items that can't be made with the Maker skill?
I'm guessing it's just quest items and gachapon exclusive equips, but are there anymore?

Level 3: Turn in 1 Lithium, 6 Gold Plates, and 2 Steel Plates.

it fails because Meren( guy who give you maker) peaches about the " quality" of your crystal. if it "sucks"...... REDO IT !!!!

At least it's the easiest level of the three to acquire.
