There was a trade system for NX items released in KMS not too long ago, so no.

It might be cheaper just to buy the actual item itself instead of scissors but I can imagine it'll have some good uses. O.o

In KMS, they released Trade for NX Items. You can trade NX items once, after that, like Karma Scissors, they become untradeable. So basically you can buy and sell NX Items via Trade now.

You can sell NX items for mesos, too. They're all over the FM. I'm pretty sure it's only certain items, your usable ones like VIP rocks, shops, etc.
