i've tried to do the quest of master m's command scroll quest on MANY chars (that have master m as today's mission).......yet i got 0 on all of them and i killed plenty of monsters....is it glitched now?

No, it's just that not every single monster drops them.

You're probably not going to find red Command Scrolls from snails. They drop the yellow Direction Scrolls instead, which is intended for low lvls.

They drop at like 1 in 10 rate from most monsters over level 40, so if you're not finding them then try a different monster.

If I'm not mistaken, the command scrolls are related to the highest level quest? If that is the case, you might want to make sure of 2 things:
1/ you're hunting monsters above the level of the quest (Press Q to find out, default)
2/ You received the quest: "Special Order: Find Master M's Command Scrolls"
I know the 2nd sounds stupid but if you received Today's Mission (Help Agent E) and not activate the real quest also from Agent E, you won't see any scrolls drop.

It has shown up as "Today's Mission" once for me. Better keep that in mind if you're trying for Agent Chaos Scrolls =P
