I've spend the past week oPQing (luckily I'm on eMS, so it's much much easier to find a party) and finally got my 40 feathers. And now I'm stuck. I expected a new chat option to appear at Wonky after I complete 40 PQs, but obviously nothing like that happened. I fed him some stuff, hoping this might do something, but nope.
Do you guys have any info on how to acquire it? Who do I need to talk to? Where? When? Do I have to do the Diary quest too (so I've heard, not sure how true it is)? Thanks in advance.

Sup, welcome to Southperry.
I'm not certain, but I have heard that you need to do all the quests related to OPQ to be able to receive the Wristband.

All quests? And that would be? I know about the Diary one, but are there any others I should do?
And after I'm done with them, who do I talk to to receive the gloves? Wonky?

Not sure if there are anymore (including the Diary one).
I don't know, but I'm guessing either Wonky or Chamberlain Eak.

On my Outlaw i have 50 some feathers with a B rank, and have completed all the quests, yet i still cannot trade in the feathers. Is it that you need an A rank?
