Can you only make one cygnus per account? Does that only imply with the old character creation method? Thanks for the help.
EDIT: Also, do you think they'll give us a free character slot like they did in KMS and expand the character slot limit to 12? Did they do this in MSEA?

I can confirm that you do get the extra char slot on Msea, but the char slot limit, I do not know.

I'm kinda stuck between flame wizard and wind breaker and if i can only make one, im planing to make the flame wizard on a diff account so i can leech with it later.

If I remember correctly, you need to have a certain amount of slots or something to make 2 per server, and it was confirmed. You need to have 2 20+ characters, and you can make 2 Cygnus characters; one per 20+ character, as long as you have the slots.

You can have as many as you want.
Since the "you must have a lvl 20 char first" thing was removed in KMS, it's possible to have 12 KoC chars there (lolwut).

If it's the old creation method, then you can indeed change the skin colour.
It's the eye colour/eye that you can't change though. Not sure on that.

you can change the eyes (only default eyes), but the skin color is always pale as default for cygnus. you can't change it during character creation.

that's right. although the parent system was removed a long time ago, when it was still around, the parent's skin color did not affect the cygnus' skin color.

yes
