So out of rage, I was hitting [insert noun made of concrete here]. Similar to these folks here. Now my hand is pineappleed up. I put ice on it for about 3 hours and the swelling down but it hurts to make a fist. I can't tell if a knuckle is dislocated or broken or... whatever. I have no idea.
So what's the next plan of action before next rage?

Well. Go look it up on the int0rnetz. Look at some pictures of broken hands, and laugh at how much worse theirs are. o_o My hand and arms are as bony as hell, and one time out of rage, I punched a freaking hole in my thick wall. And it's this... black, open hole. o_o I still haven't closed it.
