I found out while getting more Buddy Slots that Goldstein doesn't charge 250k anymore but instead 50k.

Oh, that's pretty good news. Now I'm going to go expand my buddy list all the way to 100 although I have no point since I'm inactive and many people have removed me.

This is in MSEA too. Might as well expand now, you don't want to wait til you have a full BL and have to travel to Lith/Ludi or delete some of your buddies. It's just gonna cost a few hundred thousand mesos.
