I'm probably quitting MapleStory for a while, so I'm wondering which game to choose. They're both Nexon games, because my friends play them.
Mabinogi vs. Combat Arms.
Mabinogi
Pros:
3D
More realistic
MMORPG
Many skills
3 different races
Day-and-night times
Dungeons, which are like PQs
Cons:
Items are expensive
You have to repair your weapons
Hard to level fast
Hard to travel fast
Anti-leeching
Combat Arms
Pros:
Exciting
More involved
FPS
3D
Cons:
Weapons expire
Hard to rank up

Hard to compare games of completely different genres, but I'd just like to point out, that gaining statistics in ANY online game is generally very time consuming for the simple fact that companies like to keep their players in game. If you want fast leveling and stat gains, go play a game on a console. Leeching in MS is just one of the few exceptions to fast track gains in MMOs.
Asides from that, it is ultimately up to you. Again, these are completely different genres, so if you feel like fragging or farming, it's up to you.

Play La Tale if you're quitting MS. Like a Maplestory clone except important things like skill resets and EXP charms don't cost real money.
