It looks like a colored orb vibrator. Microsoft is definitely gonna blow them out of the water with Project Natal. Although, I think this has potential to be better than the the Wii.

To me what Sony showed looked just like a wii remote with the motion plus attachment. Only done in a different way. You cant really mock the look of their wand since its only a prototype. But then again after seeing the final design of the PSP Go it doesnt give you much hope.

It's like a cycle. Nintendo come up with something new, Sony laugh and mock it. Then they realise it actually works and sells well, pull a 180 and try to get a slice of that market share. I'm sure someone in Sony referred to the Wii as a 'toy'.
