I kid; I know that there isn't a snowball's chance in hell a permanently banned account can come back. Since Perma bans are done by the GMs themselves and not by the auto-ban system, it means he was caught hacking. In that case, I hope that hacker had some razor blades by him when he found out his "hard-earned" 18x hacked account got banned. Pineapple
