Question about crumpled piece of paper - Joe.2 - 2009-05-17

I finished the kerning Dyle chain quest, but the crumpled piece of paper is still in my inventory. I just wanted to know if it's another glitch like the translated communique quest and i can throw it away, or if i should hold on to it for future quests. Thanks for the help.
