I put mine under the bug category, since technically, it is a bug. Either or would do though, since, it is a cash shop - related problem.

If it's cash-shop related in any way, always file it there. "Bugs" get a "we know about the problem and are working to fix it" response without reading.

My MS wifey had the same thing happen to her last night she had 5 codes, one was a porcupine which did work, the other 4 where a subani and some other things. She saw what she recieved after putting in the codes but upon returning to the game they were not in her INV. I will have her log a ticket under cash shop and see what they say.
