The Purple Surfboard - MasPan - 2009-05-11

I would say we wouldn't get it only because we already got a different version of it, but with the formerly mSEA only Super Snowboard I wouldn't be surprised if it came in a box event.

I cant help but question how accurate those stats are. <Most> if not all equips have a +5/-5 from average stats with the exception of +2/-2 above that from gachapon. Yet here, there's a -10/+11 range from what they call average, 99.
Either this surfboard is an exception, or there's something wrong with the stats there.

Well, it is Mapletip, but that's the only thing I could find on Google.

Mapletip lists +-10% on all equip stats for what appears to be no reason at all... until recently I've never seen a drop outside the 5 range or gachapon outside 7.
