just out of curiosity, does static/dynamic ip affect maple story in anyway?

I use static IP and I have no problems with maple.

It shouldn't. Difference between Static is that you manually set it, where as with Dynamic IP addressing, you're using DHCP to set addresses, which is more effective and faster. I don't see why it'd affect MS. Actually, whether you use Static or Dynamic, it shouldn't affect your game-play or your computer's functionality at all... lol.

Only way I could see it affecting you was if you were on a static IP and did something to get you IP banned.
