I cant believe southperry hasnt made this classic forum game yet. I come here with the revised and refined rules RULES from another semi-popular forum.
Rule 1: All posts MUST BE ORIGINAL to the thread (color/font edits is ok). If you are gonna repeat another post then your post will be invalidated. Offenders are invalid and will not be placed in the hall of fame.
Rule 2: You can't really win this, although you can be the victor for an indefinite amount of time. Common posters will
Rule 3: If the topic is locked because a person disobeyed a forum rule the person is invalid and another topic shall be made. If a topic is locked otherwise, the topic is invalid. If the topic is locked because of post limit, it is not invalid, and the Hall of Fame is carried over.
Rule 4: If topic reaches post limit determined by moderators (bandwidth issues, the longest game I seen was.... 65,401 posts long) and agreed on by the maker of the original thread 3 posters of the thread a new thread is created. If no agreement is reached then the FORUM GRAND ADMINISTRATOR has the right to make a limit.
Rule 5: Hall of fame is updated every 500 Posts, if the writer of the OP leaves the forum and does not write and or update the Hall of fame for 2000 posts, the game is invalid.
Rule 6: If the topic it self is against the forum rules then another forum is created.
Rule 7: This topic shall not be started where posts count towards postcount.
Rule 8: To reach the Hall of Fame, you have to have the most posts in the topic. There are only 3 slots in the Hall of Fame
Rule 9: No combo posting. No double, triple, quadruple, etc. posting. You can only break the rule once for every 100 posts a person makes. If rule is broken two or more times in 100 post span the person is invalid.
Rule 10: Invalid persons are not allowed in the hall of fame. Please PM to the OP creator if you think a person violated any of the above rules.
Rule 11: Your first post in the thread must be that you acknowledge the Rules, you are invalid if otherwise.
