All of these codes were used on a "mule" character of mine called "*********," which I keep on another account (ID: ********) because of the fact that I cannot have anymore characters on the account I currently play on (ID: ********).

Because of that fact that in your Terms of Service, you clearly state that you own everything of the game, NX Cash, the characters that we all play on, etc, I know you don't have to compensate for a problem such as this. All I want is for this issue to be fixed, for, I have many more cards that I have bought that I wish to use.
