lol not only brazil got blocked, some european peoples and vietnam IP cant log on gMS, its coz the IP block that happened on june 25th of 2008, where only accounts made before that date can log on gMS.
It happened when eMS got released too, all european IP got banned, but nexon fixed it

And for anyone who really really needs things spelled out for them...
The FTP is unsecured.
Any moron can log in and upload, create, delete, anything.
The first bit was just bait to make you go look.
At the rate that bugger is filling up it won't be long before someone tries to upload a trojan or worse disguised as "real" leaked code in one of those fake MS folders.
If anyone downloads anything executable out of there after reading this you're a complete moron who deserves whatever you get and I can only hope it nukes your machine right off the net and beyond all recovery to cleanse of us your presence before you spread something vile.
