And with the increase in the number of enhancements protect shields work with... It goes up to 12 enhances in the Legend update, I think. That's another 20 or 24 magic attack. @________@

Also, I wasn't expecting this... I got two 15% success rate Armor for Attack scrolls from the day 3 quest of the Mercedes and Cannon Shooter preparation event quests and since they were untradeable and I had nothing to really use them on, I applied them to my hat, for shits and giggles. One passed, the other failed.

True enough, but can't D.Slayers hit speed cap with their self buffs alone?
I figured I can just get "Decent CO" in place of "Decent SI" if that was the case.

Hmm, they can only hit the speed cap with a Fast(5) weapon, you'd need Decent SI to hit it with a Normal(6) weapon.

This is the 4th glitch involving Decent Skills and they've never reset the skills from the other glitches.

I disagree. 98 Int = over 150 Int, assuming he has over 150% Int, meaning the overall would need to be Chaosed to around 24 M.Att for it to beat the Int.
