I noticed in the last patch that they made some changes to basic pole arm animations, so they're probably looking out for ways that those changes (such as "ice charge" swings/stabs) might affect regular warriors.

The Korean just translates as the name of the attack from what I can tell. The one I translated was for the Triple Attack/Overswing attack and that's exactly what it read.
