I didn't really want to reveal, and so early as well, but I honestly had no idea what I was doing (or how I could go about using the role), and it wasn't a PM case; everyone would see it regardless. That and I totally wanted to check out my powers. I'm pretty much going to be as happy as a man who won it all at the tables!(As for last game, I really didn't see it coming... It came as such a shock and it ended so quickly ._. But that's getting off topic.)
So, um, have fun and win big but remember there's cheating scum around here!

Oh I finally get all of your references to cheating now. Whoops, that was pretty slow on my part. And yeah I agree with Shidoshi, it does make it a lot easier for scum to target important players. Well I guess it's too late for that now, the only thing to do is wait for another hour and a half and see what happens. (also scumhunt)

As of right now, Kyra moves out of my radar, though his power could very well be on the side of the mafia.

For now he's just repeating what other people say and the general "I am new to Mafia on Southperry" justification that is unnecessary. However he's still jumping on the Chaz-wagon.
For me, either:
A) Liable is Town and believes Chaz is suspicious.
B) Liable is Mafia and wants to lynch Chaz, who is innocent.
C) Sega and Liable are Mafia and Liable wants to protect Sega from being lynched.
The scenarios are ordered in increasing unlikelihood according to Occam's Razor. However, I think A is not true because it's in conflict with his own claim that he doesn't know people here, so his "gut feeling" on Chaz has less basis.
It is also said that "third time's the charm", the 3rd vote on an innocent wagon feels like the right point for mafia to jump in. Not too early so they seem responsible for the authorship of the wagon and not too late that they are the ones holding the hammer.

There really isn't much information to go on right now, and I am better when we have more facts. There is quite a bit of talking, but it really isn't going to mean anything till the next day. So it seems the dice powers affect Kyrastri, but he can choose someone to target them with? SO it could buff him somehow, or maybe debuff someone else? Or maybe the second person is to confirm the number and make sure Kyrastri did not cheat? Not sure since this was only one outcome. Also, since it was a 9, we can assume it is probably a larger dice (maybe something like 20 instead of the standard 6?), but I'm not sure if that helps us. Also, dark red usually has a darker connotation. Is it possible the "Overpowering" buff give him a more powerful vote or influence?

"Respect or fear" is probably to keep Kyra's alignment ambiguous. From the text I would assume that Kyra will have double-vote today.
Edit: And it's likely two six-sided dice, meaning results closer to 7 are more likely.

Kyrastri's ability looks like a lot of fun, and yeah looks like a double (or somehow increased) vote for her. And there wasn't really any harm in claiming I suppose, because the roll is completely public. Might have been better, otherwise people would have been freaking out right about now.

I don't think there's any mechanical way to give him more influence aside from the established more votes or mind control. Unless BTA is going to add some sort of charisma bonus. I bet MasPan is in the right track and Kyrastri's vote will likely be weighted, best guess doubled.
