[MENTION=5956]hadriel[/MENTION]; currently, gollux, and, gms root abyss boss cannot be bound or rushed, but, i know first hand paladin smite effect will stop chaos queen from casting DR. so there is partial effect happening. (empress and magnus also cannot be rushed)

@15 hit cap, i wanna say it was to counteract mapwide hackers, but, idk i think nexon just got lucky Rolleyes

Golems might get HP nerfed, but we get a better party bonus in its place. 20% party zone was an insult.
