Legend of Korra - PirateIzzy - 2014-08-15 Wow, that was insane.
Spoiler
Legend of Korra - Spadow - 2014-08-15 Today's episode was crazy! It really got me on the edge of my seat. As always, the OST never disappoints me. Book 3 will conclude next week. The suspense is really building up.
Regarding the finale
Spoiler
Legend of Korra - Worthyness - 2014-08-15 This episode was AWESOME. The intensity, the bending animation, the story progression- everything was spot on. Honestly, I think this book is one of the best in the Avatar series ever. I loved this episode. If you haven't watched it yet. Do yourself a favor and watch it right now.

Spoiler
Legend of Korra - Worthyness - 2014-08-16 I don't think they should beat the bad guys in a 1 hour finale. I think they "win the battle, but not the war" and the next book travels to the Fire Nation because the Red Lotus' goal is to take out the leaders of the world, so the Fire Nation Queen is a VERY likely next target. Also I hope Zuko & Iroh meet up soon

Unless they have a lot of people on the inside, I am curious why the Fire Lord. Out of ALL the world leaders, the Earth queen and Zuko's daughter should be the MOST protected ones, followed by the twins and then Korra's father being the one with least protection. They just got to the Earth Queen because she allowed them to be in her palace and all. Also, I am not sure if Suyin Beifong would count, seeing she is the leader of a very big city. The only way I can see Zuko's daughter being involved is if anything happened to Zuko. Would be nice to see Aang's group get together again with all the latest events. Legend of Korra - Eliseo - 2014-08-17 Polantaris Wrote: Fair point. However I think the President would be a bigger threat to Zaheer and his plans than the Fire Lord, seeing Republic City is an alliance of sorts of all the nations, perhaps that was the reason they were planning to killing him before even getting to Korra. I would love if the Fire Lord had a similar voice to Azula, such an amazing voice on a powerful leader could be nice, seeing most (if not all) of the other leaders end up wanting to fight Korra (Tenzin being an exception), and listening a voice like Azula being the voice of reason could make some great fan-irony. Right now I have to big questions which I can't seem to find an answer for: -Does anyone leads the White Lotus? -What is the name of Book 4? Lotus? Legend of Korra - Spadow - 2014-08-17 Eliseo Wrote:-Does anyone leads the White Lotus? The name and release date for Book 4 haven't been announced yet. I believe Iroh is considered the leader of the White Lotus, although he is in the Spirit World. I found two interesting quotes from the past of the voice actors behind Korra and Asami.

He's only in the first episode and a cameo in the second season. It's strange though. I would've thought the Avatar would have been the leader of the White Lotus. It's strange though. I would've thought the Avatar would have been the leader of the White Lotus. The Avatar wasn't in the original series, Iroh was. When Iroh passed away, Aang was probably too busy with Republic City and the rest of the world to be able to devote his time wholly to the White Lotus, and so someone else most likely took over. Even if he was, when he died there's no way they would have given the position to Korra immediately, especially before she was a fully realized Avatar, so if she were going to become the leader of the White Lotus we would have seen that happen. Who are you mentioning, anyway? I don't have any memory of anything other than generic White Lotus people. Are we sure he's actually the White Lotus leader, and not just some dude who was in charge of that group of three people? I haven't seen the episodes he appears in in a while, but I don't remember at any point that they specifically stated that he was the leader. Just because the wiki says it doesn't make it true, people could be making assumptions. I wouldn't be even remotely surprised if they give the role to someone else next season, because that guy is too generic and unused. |
