Yes, I don't know the full story, but the Khaini PvPers were getting frustrated with delay after delay, so I can only go by their word
- B.att disappearing upon transfer (3 weeks delay)
- Some players didn't have enough time to transfer due to divorc/ family / etc. (1 week delay)
- Khaini wanted to join at the last min, so I had to adjust brackets to fit those players in (1 week delay)
- Most players had finals/Ap testing.
- Some stopped logging in / lacked of motivation / etc.
But overall I could of done a better job, or at least foreseen Nexon's shenanigans. It's so surreal though. . .who could of thought there would be a b.att glitch ._. If everyone were on at the same time, the tournament could of been done in a week. All in all, I'm sure the players had fun intereacting with pvpers from diff. worlds. We still have this weekend to wrap it up; it's not that big of a disappointment. . .not yet anyway.

cubing doesn't become near impossible, how so?gifting and codes still exist, it just makes it harder, not to mention, those with the NX either sell it, or use it, and if they use it, it's easy to get more with the duped equips they still have.

Someone's trying to show how awesome hackers are and how they'll thrive no matter what Nexon does; when in reality, hackers only thrive because Nexon's idiocy allows them to, even if these hackers' lack of basic education prevents them from being able to hold a normal conversation. Just like hackers are innovators of ways to screw with the game, Nexon are innovators of nonchalantly allowing hackers of finding said ways. Nexon hates me.
Nothing went as planned really. We lost our best player to lack of motivation, and our 4th players a night person....everything took a lot longer because people made decisions too late or just decision that make this take longer and longer. I'm the only active during daytime hours Broan here to consult with our groups. It's really frustrating consideringi feel like it is so hard to get my team. And NOW I have like 3 or less days to get everyone together because the opposing team is impatient.
Nexon hates me, and the entire tournament. I don't think anyone thought this would happen nor can anyone blame us for theend result of this tournament. Our pushing back doesn't change the fact nexon just forced this tournament to go on adrenaline...and it might not even have a happy ending(the actual tournament).

While I probably would have taken advantage of the ridiculously cheap prices of some of the hacked/duped stuff at some point... every single time I stumbled onto the official Nexon forums there was some idiot crying and demanding his item/NX back because he bought x item from MTS and it suddenly disappeared... seemingly without even a server check.
I'm not sure where DamageCalc gets the idea that none of these things ever get deleted, it's been going on even before Nexon started publicly announcing they were doing it routinely during maintenance.
As for my gear... I can't afford to cube my own stuff, I need to pay bills and eat. I've never been able to afford "good" gear and probably never will. All of my gear has been kindly donated to my poor ass, has been a lucky potential reveal from a monster drop, or the is result of going into the advanced mine 3 times a day, everyday, on multiple characters for a couple of weeks and farming up hundreds, if not thousands of gold ores to mass craft/fuse lv. 90 tops and bottoms until I had one with acceptable potential.
This largely doesn't affect me, except that maybe I'll eventually be able to make meso and buy pomegranate.
