Hime already stated that the EE hacked items were not going to be removed.

Completely different scenario. Buying something with 80 enhances or way more atk than usual from a shop full of exactly the same items is not the same as unknowingly buying cheap scrolls. If you have ever bought something from a shop in the fm then in all likelihood you are in the same boat as me.

All I want is consistency. If they perma ban me for what I did then nearly all of the players in GMs should be perma banned as well.

They should have dealt with the EE hacked weapons and banned people. The second I logged on, a good chunk of people in my guild and alliance were breathing sighs of relief when their precious 301s weren't touched.
Makes me sick on how reliant they are on hacked weapons...

The explanation could be that they didn't have enough time to address ALL the issues (since, we should remember, they also had to deal with familiar hacks and hackers), so.. they couldn't address all the items.

But they probably will keep deleting items, as they said in the update, in the next maintenances.

A more likely explanation is that they put the limit at 14 slots (max for a hammered empress overall?) for all items, instead of trying to look up what is legal for each item separately.

I don't understand the logic behind acknowledging the existence of those obviously hacked items and doing nothing about them. They are just as damaging as the +300 ATK items made with this slots hack.
