What lv can you get professions? and how easy is it to get it? long quest or just talk to a npc?

MapleStory Chaos: Profession Recipe Guide - Grey - 2011-05-07

You can get a profession starting at level 30 by lightbulb quest. The old guy in the map asks you to come to the profession map, then you talk to him for a bit and then pick either mining or herbalism, and once you've done that you can pick one of the creation professions. It costs like 5k~15k (I don't remember) to get a profession.

Yes, using cash equips
Yes, but only the android heart (also requires a recipe to craft, and needs to be equipped for the android to be alive) expires, not the model. It expires in 2 weeks.
Yes, it does. Depends on the equip its worn.
No, each model (recipe) is gender specific.

Yup. For clothes, you use NX equipment, and for cosmetics, you take a regular coupon (like the ones you would use for your own character) to the Android lady in Henesys Hair Shop.
The heart expires.
The heart is the one that gives stats.
Yeah, just make the one which has the gender you want. There's 4 types of androids: normal (M), normal (F), advanced (M), and advanced (F). The only difference between them is that advanced androids get different hair/eyes upon creation, some might say they're better.

woawoa, so the android on ehich you spent nx to change hair, is gonna expire in 2 weeks? man, if they were like durability i would understand, but this...

MapleStory Chaos: Profession Recipe Guide - Scaeva - 2011-05-08

The android itself doesn't expire, it just needs a new heart after 2 weeks (think Water of Life for a pet).

MapleStory Chaos: Profession Recipe Guide - ShinkuDragon - 2011-05-08

oh, that's kinda good i guess, now i just hope hearts aren't hard to get, considering they expire.

Doesn't seem too hard to make. Of course the demand for hearts will be quite high with them expiring every 2 weeks, so the prices of the materials could rise quite a bit.

What stats do the hearts give? Someone earlier in the thread mentioned Gold Hearts can be potted. Can the rest be potted or no?

I wish Creator had more options. Its not as good as Maker. Pretty lame. Tongue

Hearts have slots, so yeah, they can be potentialed.

MapleStory Chaos: Profession Recipe Guide - DonkeyKong - 2011-05-10

It was stated previously that the only potentiable items were: Pendants, Belts, and 1 ring.

But Monocle:
http://www.basilmarket.com/show/screen/202097/0/JMS__Shoulder_Pad__ATK_8_All_11.html

This is the cause of my skepticism. Please note that Jms received premium miracle cubes(Stamps-kms) before Kms.:f6:

Can we assume that shoulder pads as well as other accessories may be potentiable as well? Glitter

Comparing to Jms as a source of reference rather than kms.Hurt

MapleStory Chaos: Profession Recipe Guide - Grey - 2011-05-10

No, that shoulderpad has slots, and can therefore be potentialed, the ones you make don't, so they can't. Those aren't the only things that can be potentialed, they're just the only ones you can make with Jeweler that can be potentialed, because they have slots.

This is correct. Check for slots if you want potential items. Of course, class specific items still cannot be potentialed, like Dragon Equips and Mechanic Equips.
