Two questions come to mind:

1) How do you get those glowing skull earrings that give +10% HP?

2) Why are there no kataras below level 30 in the data?

I believe the earrings are from Hob King PQ, which we now have the data of. No idea about the second one.

Could someone confirm if you can buy the DualBlade NX clothes permanent?
Because in the extraction i only saw packages and i'm pretty sure you cant buy those permanent.

Would be nice if someone could tell me this because if we cant get them permanent it would be a real bummer... ):

There are hardly any other white clothes you can get and that look cool... :/
And especially the cape cuz its like waving instead of those other boring capes. xD

Well at least we can get the mask permanent >_<

I don't know how to make gifs, but the effect when you're standing in the same map as your spouse is just a simple tiny twinkling star (like what you'd see on a clear night, not an actual star). When you're standing near each other, it color in the back fades between purple and light green, while the stars move along the lines while twinkling.

There should be a level 20 one. They added a level 12 katara, which looks like the level 20 one, last patch which I'm positive they've changed to level 20. You can't wear a katara til level 20 anyway (2nd Job).

I'm pretty sure the lowest level one I saw was a level 30 one. I did see a few duplicates that had differen stats, which I'm assuming are the cash shop ones that come in the mastery book packages. I didn't know that they couldn't use blades (kataras, whatever) till 20, thanks.

This was added in v86.
