[1.2.329] Everything Harder - GodCanJudge - 2010-07-21 I personally think the potential system wasn't meant to be so bloody overpowered. With players easily hitting the damage cap w/o apples in kms, something needed to be done, and the couldn't just remove the potential system. I actually hope GMS doesn't get the potential system (which is impossible, because Nexon American only copy-pastes) but gets the revamp because class balance is way more important to me than possibly being able to kill PB. Besides, we should have some challenge in a game, and some party-play, with all the skill boosts from equips, and the ridiculous damage, there's less of an incentive to party. Someone apparently didn't get the memo.... [1.2.329] Everything Harder - SethElite - 2010-07-21 GodCanJudge Wrote:I personally think the potential system wasn't meant to be so bloody overpowered. Mind showing a video of someone hitting the damage cap that isn't using snipe? I really don't see that happening with the damage cap being raised. [1.2.329] Everything Harder - 66alex66 - 2010-07-21 People in windia already came really close to beating PB and you know what happened when they got so close? BAN! [1.2.329] Everything Harder - Random_Overlord - 2010-07-21 66alex66 Wrote:People in windia already came really close to beating PB and you know what happened when they got so close? Wrong, they GOT to pinkbean's final stage, but thats it. The HP bar was only at 99% and they had 4 minuits left. .... Then they got banned. [1.2.329] Everything Harder - GodCanJudge - 2010-07-21 I meant pre BB, remember that vid of the aran with thorns hitting 199999 every swing? and i got the memo... im just hoping they take it out [1.2.329] Everything Harder - FanaticRat - 2010-07-21 66alex66 Wrote:People in windia already came really close to beating PB and you know what happened when they got so close? Yes, now you get banned as soon as you step inside the map. No waiting.
[1.2.329] Everything Harder - Abysseon - 2010-07-21 Atruya Wrote:Big Bang must be renamed for each class, since it no longer "gathers up particles in the air" and make them explode. =) Not only that, they may have to change Big Bang into new skills at this point. As someone stated before, Big Bang having an 'exploding' concept may work for fire, even lightning to some extent, but holy?... It was a neutral skill that was changed to hit 5 times per cast. I had a problem with this at first since multiple hitting skills was mainly in the i/l's job design but that changed due to remembering magic claw. Now that it has elemental properties, nexon will have to adjust the way it works for each job. Big bang hitting multiple times as a lightning skill makes sense for i/l archmages. It's just an upgraded thunderbolt. Bishops and f/p archmages however will need something else to set their skills apart. It may take a few more updates to fix the copy/paste of previous 4th job skill designs but its possible. [1.2.329] Everything Harder - Rigumaro - 2010-07-21 GodCanJudge Wrote:I meant pre BB, remember that vid of the aran with thorns hitting 199999 every swing? 1. Damage cap increased. 2. That was Aran's critical + thorns. Criticals got really nerfed at revamp. 3. That was KMST, where people had FREE Miracle cubes, and all the potential and enhancement/rating scrolls they wanted. To make those kind of godly items he probably had (I remember a SS of someone where his max damage range was like 70k), you'd need to expend thousands of dollars only with miracle cubes. [1.2.329] Everything Harder - rhpot03 - 2010-07-21 Still don't know the droprate on potential scrolls [1.2.329] Everything Harder - LunaKios - 2010-07-21 do I see a event going on over at KMS? pink been is harder now? [1.2.329] Everything Harder - Baklava - 2010-07-21 They changed some skill animations. Flamethrower for Gunslingers is one of them, I don't know the others. Pretty sure that's the only one this patch. Edit: Iron Arrow got changed too. Looks hawt. [1.2.329] Everything Harder - ChiefBann - 2010-07-21 SethElite Wrote:loladins no more. They sure felt lol before the Adventurer revamp. Now they are merely average. In the future they are the ultimate battle commanders.
[1.2.329] Everything Harder - Zacairga - 2010-07-22 Are Pallys good bossers post BB? I was considering making one, as I get tired of not being wanted for bossing. =/ [1.2.329] Everything Harder - Fiel - 2010-07-22 Pallys are strongly desired for bossing because of Combat Orders. |
