Sure, lets not see one of the best CC Bully Top see competitive play ever again. Seriously, No matter how bad you nerf Irealia. You could take away all the damage from her abilities, but keep the R the same and the sustain, stun, and Q refresh. She'd still sh'it stomp on you. You really can't Irelia any other champion.
