TBH I think you belong in low Silver or high Bronze at the moment.
Pro tip: Don't hop into ranked as soon as you hit level 30, though.

I've been seeing less and less blue ezreals. They're finally figuring out that it doesn't work with every team comp and stuff I guess.

Not to mention it's really expensive compared to a regular Ez build.

I don't know how we won this. They were doing awful things to us for a long time. They had even destroyed our inhib twice. I have no idea how they managed to shift their focus from Twitch in teamfights to Riven. Twitch had lots and lots of shields so if you didn't focus him stat well...... They also kept buying Oracle's which is beyond me.

and another one I got completely lucky in. They were on the last couple hits of our Nexus tower and then they decided to play "let's just pineapple around." We kept on getting free kills and slowly pushed further. At the end I finally managed to get off a good arrow onto Fiora which happened to synch in time with Morgana's stun so she was finally shut down. But so many arrows wasted because Fiddles would fear right as I launched it so often Fiora would move right out of the way. It was such a stressful game. It also made me hate Shîtcrank even more.

Unless my conception of core items is different, Blue Ez is both more costly and cost inefficient. But I could be wrong. Either way, it's not the best build for most players.

blue ezreal is cost efficient while being damage efficient also for most of the game, the whole point of the build is to have cost efficiency along with cc, if the build was only for cc no one would build it. The standard ezreal won't have much more damage than blue ezreal using the same price items because the whole build only cost around 10k

Standard Ezreal should also be able to sustain a lot better as well. Not to mention it doesn't even factor in Manamune stacking which will take a fair amount of time. I mean, just look at the cons the guy posted:
