I took a break on the project as I'm looking through some screencaps and studying them carefully. I have made the entrance and early branches of the forest almost right on the dot, but where things fall apart is where "Friendship Is Magic: Part 2" comes into play. Edit: I'm guessing that's the season opener. It looks pretty dang good! I wonder if we'll have a villain. I guess this is what those 'Crystal Kingdom' sets that picture Cadence have been leading up to. I'd be skeptical about them pushing a toy line, but the writers have the skill to pull it off.

Oh horse apples, I forgot about Pon-E3. Um, if anyone has been following that, mind filling us in on it? All this stuff coming about of SDCC, Pon-E3, Season 3 stuff, etc. It's all hard to follow.
Eh. Nothing really much to report. Now, I don't play Magic:The Gathering anymore, though I should get back into it, but I guess this is worthwhile to mention.

...I've just heard a bit here and there. I do know the schedule was posted on EQD here.
Fighting is Magic and Ponycart have had some updates (minor).
For Ponycart, it seems like Derpy will not be playable, but rather serve the same function as Lakitu in Mario Kart.
Fighting is Magic had a livestream on their twitch tv channel today. Not much to say, it was mostly old stuff, but it's using the new test build, so it has a nice new coat of paint. Rarity's gems now have the show's glowing levitation effect, which I really liked. The palette selection is more straightforward now as well. Apparently the first tournament will be at Canterlot Gardens (I think that's what they said, the stream was a little laggy and quiet).
Edit: If you want enough streams to fill Twilight's movie reel twice over, check out http://www.equestriagaming.com for all the stream info and who's next. Compilation 2 is presenting in about half an hour from this post, with 'various games'.
