Nothing excuses Sakura to pretend she is on par with Naruto and Sasuke. One has the strongest tailed beast, the other is a genius, part of a prominent clan whose mastered all their techniques, and she is just the healing girl that's been learning how to punch hard all ths time and only knows to use it against his friend.
But on your point, you're right. It's stupid for Sasuke to want to be Hokage. I understand his reasoning but the most logic choice would be either taking over the Sound Village (in a right way) or getting the village that was under Pain's control.

But the problem is, it took naruto how many years of bargaining with the fox and everything during virtually his entire life to convince the Kyubii to let him use its chakra at will?
Minato literally had the seconds/minutes between dying from the dead demon seal and the time it took to get from orochimarus summoning party to learn how to use the chakra.

Yeah but Minato died with the chakra locked with him. My interpretation is that the Kyubbi is kind of a generator, that allowed Naruto to use that power. While Minato is kind of like a battery which holds the Kyuubi's chakra. I'm pretty sure itll be clarified in the next chapter since manga's tend to over explain things most of the time.

This answer will have to do. I doubt this will be developed further than those lines between Naruto and Kurama, "My old man is pretty badass...", "tell me about it...". In the end Minato is as much of a genius as Itachi was or maybe even more? So its not totally far fetched for him to just be "badass".

I'll try to be fair to Sakura, that "Shanaroo" punch was cool, but you had to be saved again right after and you licked Sasuke's ass so shut up.
And why she'd have to pretend she can catch up to them? Naruto and Sasuke both have some kind of advantage over her, she shold just be happy with being the strongest of the normal people from Konoha.
IDK, despite all the awesome that it should've been to bring the 4 Hokages into the fight, I'm kind of disappointed of the lastest chapters.

I don't see her kicking one of the strongest shinobi who ever lived in half. (Even though it was kyubii powered, she got the same power up at the same time lee did, and she chose to do...nothing with it)
Sakura wishes she was even close to strongest. To be honest, the power levels between konoha people haven't changed much since part 1. She might still be better than the nobodies like Kiba, but to call her the best of the "normal" people must have a pretty limited definition of normal.

I think in brute strength she is the strongest, it's been a long time since the first series, but wasn't tsunade considered the "strongest" shinobi in terms of strength, or something.

Well, except not really. Its fake strength that has apparently taken her 3 years to build up. If she can only go all out like this once every 3 years, thats absolutely worthless.
Also...why didn't she do this in the fight against sasori? Massive area destroying punches would have been incredibly helpful then :/

Let me clarify, in physical strength I believe she is the strongest, outside of this ability which multiplies it. That doesn't necessarily make her the "strongest" ninja, but physically I believe they did at one point say she is, or implied it
