Cd's are pretty short too, and since his abilites do percent of current health, and his passive heals percent of max, he'll be pretty hard to outsustain, and they are making it obvious that moar = better with that size thing.[/COLOR]

They should have made his W do a percent of your health instead, or give it a HP ratio. Oh well he's certainly fun and can deal some sustained damage but it can be difficult trying to kill someone by your lone self.

Welp, after playing him a few times i dunno. It's practically obligatory to build HP/Armor on him since his kit will throw you into the middle of anything really. Which makes your skills mostly about sustained damage, and although he's loaded with CC, it can sometimes makes it difficult to stick to someone without your ult. But loads of AoE makes him a terror that you can't ignore in teamfights or you are in for a world of goo.
So yeh after all he is gonna be a tank, loads of CC to annoy people but almost impossible to kill someone by your lone self. (or maybe im just building him wrong i dunno)
For me it went from instabuy to may or may not buy if i ever need a tank.
