There's a few noticeable similarities between the two, mainly the miniskirt with thigh highs and similar eye color.

Oz and Female Aran also have miniskirts, FAran has thigh highs to go with the miniskirt. And eye color is shared between many other characters as well.

Just expect this whenever female character art is displayed. They did it for Angelic Buster and Dragon Warrior too.
Doesn't make it any less gross or weird though.
I'd understand if it was at least lifelike art, but maple characters are not life-like at all, so it's just weird.
