I think that what you're doing actually hurts instead of helps. Right now you're not accomplishing anything and future days it's going to be a nuisance to read over all the spam (I'm counting other's "hints" as spam because I just won't understand them). Also if I were to meta like the rest of you I'd say you're acting like I did when I was mafia so I'm voting for you. Unless I'm misinterpreting something you are/were focusing on Simple for no particular solid reason. I didn't follow last game but I just fail to understand why someone who isn't contributing (or tries to in weird ways) should be ignored like @MasPan: said.

My two cents: mass-claim is a pretty bad idea, especially in this setup. We know that roles don't imply anything about powers (from a mechanics point of view) or alignment, so it's incredibly easy to fake a claim.

Simple was being a bit defensive but I think that's expected of a new player, it's pretty overwhelming to be voted at and you just kind of want to prove your innocence but don't have many solid facts to back it up (and really, who does at this point).
Luv looks pretty scummy, I'd say even more than usual actually. Just pointing out everyone who hasn't posted in the past couple of hours, seemingly desperate to call attention to someone else.
I don't want to vote for him because (sorry for metaing) his playstyle really is scummy looking, and also slightly because of that rule of threes thing Shidoshi mentioned last game haha. Hate to seem like I am jumping on the bandwagon, but what Holypie and Words has said I've thought myself and agree with. Using meta-game Luv normally follows the lead of someone else, yet the only thing he has been doing since the game started is try to be the leader and start a bandwagon. That is enough for me to suspect him of mafia even if he is acting "normal".

Fine, I'll reveal my Pokemon. I hate to reveal it so early but it hurts not to reveal it now. I'm a Pikachu, and I'm sided with the Town. I'm a roleblocker, as every night I can use my power Thunder to disable someone from using their powers. You all should know that I don't lie. Every time I don't lie. I'm just trying to be useful, and yet because of this, I get suspected. You guys can always investigate me, but I'm not the person you're looking for.
I have a feeling there might be more than one roleblocker in this game, but I'm not sure.

While Luv's fixation on Simple is getting increasingly suspicious (why not address simple's points instead of calling each other defensive?), I don't know whether we should be risking losing a town roleblocker, if he even IS a town... We can force him to roleblock someone we find suspicious to "prove" his skill? But then again he's the most suspicious person of the lot so far...

Meta's taken the words out of my mouth; in a sense, it isn't really Luv's 'style' at all. Luv tends to bandwagon whoever is talking a the time, and even if we're not hasty to throw fingers around he's practically tried to vote someone off on the fact that they're "defensive". While it's not the best thing to be doing, it's not worth starting a bandwagon for. He's too adamant.

A town role blocker usually hurts the town more than the mafia if they arent extremely careful in who they block. I say we go for either luv or shidoshi's replacement today

Anyway sorry I have been busy the past day and a half. Should be more active now. Last time I checked the thread nothing really important happened.
On LuvD, because that seems to be the most relevant thing here: I don't trust peoples' reactions to LuvD and their reasons for voting them. That said, I doubt mafia would Bus one of their own this early on, and it seems like enough people are voting them to where mafia is within the voters (unless I'm just out of sorts on the situation).
LuvD's claim is super sketch but I'm not going to vote them now.

Thats my issue too. Subs make it hard to get a grasp on the person but i think its early enough that it shouldnt matter all that much. If luv is meta and gets lynched today itll be a good start, if we still feel the same way about shidoshis sub we can lynch them next?
Im open to changing my vote if everyone really thinks the sub is a better play

Also I didn't expect the Luvwagon to blow up so quickly. I agree that there probably is at least one mafioso within this wagon, the trouble is picking them out. As for town roleblockers, they're very dangerous to the town early on but if they don't act for the first couple of nights and survive until the late game, they can block kills very effectively. Personally I like townie roleblockers because they can be a very strong asset when played well. Of course, now that he's revealed if he doesn't get killed by us then he's probably going to die to the mafia.
I also don't really want to policy lynch Shidoshi based on the fact that he wants to sub out. At this point Shidoshi has barely posted anything so subbing out is pretty reasonable.

It is hard to tell with Luv if he is mafia or not. I find it strange he chose to roleclaim a pokemon which would probably be guaranteed in a Gen 1 pokemon mafia. There may be a counterclaim, but to pick Pikachu is a big gamble. Whether he is mafia or not is a different story. We have had town roleblockers (actually I was the prostitute, but it was the same thing); but they are a gamble since they can accidentally stop the town. On the other hand, I am also not too much in favor of subs, because two people often play differently, but since it is being done early it isn't too bad.
Personally after reading Holypie's comment I am going to [vote]Shidoshi. Even if Luv is bait for the mafia kill, we at least protect the doctor and detective for a Night rather than leaving it to chance. Even if Luv doesn't dies from the mafia, they will more than likely use him as bait, and we can always check him tonight or later. At leave by voting for Shidoshi we can (hopefully) get a relatively harmless lynch.
