It can also hurt the town too. Its a double edge sword by going full agressive as many previous mafia games I played on other forums. But then so is being neutral. I just decided to be neutral this time because I don't have a feel for people like I did on other said forum. That why I usually go agressive on the other forum even tho most of the people like to do lynch Machi. Poor machi didn't deserve it tho(it is fun to do).
Edit: I just noticed something. Maspan editted his early vote to Meta. while meta has an annoying thing to post with, I dont find that suspicious as Maspan going after meta with a solid reason for it.

I'm Amelia Brown by the way. Not that it matters much, and I do disagree with some flavors (usually names) giving off clues. This is a deduction game, not "hunt the truth inside all the flavors" game.

Well, unless you take part in the discussions, nothing is learned or gained. Staying silent does not help, and people honestly rarely slip up the first day. I'm more surprised too, nobody had mentioned it. But it's there.
Currently there is a 6 way tie with 1 vote with Sega closest to lynch with 2 votes.
Technically I'd still be using it on the second most voted if I used it on myself, just saying :3
The only reason why I'm using it on myself is because I don't know what 'good' is and what 'bad' is, and I'd rather not use it on someone else then get blamed off the bat when they're dead or something, or severely limited because of my ability. If using it on myself unintentionally screws everyone over... well, damn. I can't predict that, and am sorry in advance.

God so many post restrictions (and so many posts, sorry, I slept in). Someone should post a wordlist for Meta, that would make it a lot easier haha. What's the character limit for posts? Also this makes it impossible to quote anything Meta says, so that's going to be a huge pain.
I suck at early day game so I don't really have any reads so far, other than Chaz being a bit sketchy but it makes sense being unfamiliar with the players. As for MasPan's vote on Meta, that was before he started "talking" and I think Mas just hasn't woken up to change it yet.
Kyra's hesitation to vote makes sense, she's pretty new and I guess just overestimated the influence of a vote and its use in getting people to talk. To be honest I don't really like throwing around votes that I might not be around to change, otherwise we get stuff like last game's day 1 where Sega died for no reason. Speaking of which, I won't be around tomorrow so unless I have something to go on by the time I go to sleep I'm going to refrain from voting. Sorry if this makes me look scummy but I don't want mafia jumping on my vote while I sleep. Then again it's not as big an issue in the early days, but whatever.

]).Oh yeah, I'm Helen Blake. I don't think names have any real relevance in this game, there isn't really a clear pattern. And they all seem like pretty plausible real person names too. And the Vlad vote was just a joke. Though he really does seem sketchy and evil, being the one who put us all here in the first place.

[MENTION=10411]Kyrastri[/MENTION] ; It might just be that your power would not affect you, or affect you differently. Like the doctor, he can usually protect one person, but not himself. So if you had a protection like ability, it might not work on yourself (since you would be invincible possibly?). Same with a killing ability, you probably should not be able to kill yourself.
But since it is a day ability, I think its more likely a vote based or lynch affecting ability.

okay, since I want to get it all out before we make a decision, this is everything I know and have confirmed
- The skill's name is 'Roll Dice Towards'. I hinted at this (and my role) pretty damn strongly during my first few posts (the ones where I put more flavour crumbs than scumhunting/rebuttals), but I'm a gambler.
- The person who I roll the dice towards is not notified in advance that I have used a skill on them.
- I do not know whether my name will be implicated at mid day when the results of my skill is posted on the thread for everyone to see. I've already admitted this to you guys so I hope there is no doubt that it is me.
doubleedit: if this screws me over (action or mafia-wise) it was nice knowing you guys ): I don't know how the mafia would discern how threatening I am when I don't know how threatening I am, but ok

I can vote, but if I vote, I'll die at the end, so I rather not vote first. I wouldn't say much on the night ability first. I might have it, I might not.

I'm almost more curious to see all the awesome roles and how they play out than to actually scum hunt. However, I have to remind people of our last game, we shouldn't shift focus too much on the awesome power roles that we forget to look for the more basic signs that someone is not really sided with the Town.
As much fun as revealing your amazing roles can be, it also makes the job easier for the mafia to choose, or rule out, who's a good option to kill at night.
