9th Anniversary Discussion - Bribery - 2014-05-03
I didn't see it mentioned in event notes, but you can also get the Saturn Chair by mining Mysterious Legendary Veins. A guildmate found one that way.
It's definitely rare though. I mined 5 and didn't get a chair, but I did get 2 cubes

I also successfully mined a legendary mysterious vein earlier, but didn't get squat from it. not even a dusk essence.

I was skeptical of this when I saw someone claim it on basil, but seems they've added it to the event notes:
