But when you all get there none of you find a dead body, just a massive hole in the ground and water all over the place.

As far as I know, I was not attacked last night. However, I did wind up with a visitor of some sort. I'm not sure what they did, but the flavor in my PM read positively. If the mafia keeps failing to kill anyone we might just breeze through this game easily
For now I'll be reviewing who all voted for Afeared yesterday. He certainly didn't help his case with the way he posted, but I distinctly remember backing his watcher claim several times and being blatantly ignored. [/COLOR]

This is simple to explain. MasPan is obvious townie and I would prefer for my vote to count for something good than to either not use it or end up condemning a townie. That's all, nothing more. After all, inaction between the townies works out towards the mafia's advantage.
As Derosis appears to have been investigated yesterday I'm going to hold on my vote until I can see if the detective is going to reply or stay silent.

I agree with [MENTION=846]Corn[/MENTION]; the investigator needs to reveal what Derosis is... especially since he's been suspect before

No. The whole "hearing" vice "seeing" thing is an incredibly small difference, especially when held up to what he observed matching my results PM with incredible detail. Enough detail that he couldn't have guessed it otherwise.

You can't exactly do that since Netto was as equally, if not more, innocent. Everyone unsure of who to vote for/didn't vote/voted for someone else/said Afeared was innocent should be cleared, while everyone else is still under suspicion.
That basically clears Maspan, me, to an extend Words, FenixR, not to mention Netto is probably innocent.
That leaves ChaoticCJ (he's not cleared because he was inactive), Curtiss, Derosis, Polantaris, Zelkova, Moldyvort, and Verrkol.

I just went back to check and I was asleep before Netto was able to roleclaim regardless of whether I'd believe it or not. I also withdrew my vote for Afeared well before the part where he revealed that he actually heard what happened as MasPan's place and did not quite see it.
Of the list above minus myself I'm still curious to know if the detective will stand up. Zelkova, Polantaris and Derosis are at the top of my list now even though Polantaris changed his vote as he may have done so mainly to draw suspicion off himself after putting in enough arguments that Afeared could have been lynched simply by numbers. As for Zelkova though, I'm still deciding if this is meta or not.
Edit: I missed the part where Polantaris reneged on his vote again. Definitely suspicious, and unless something comes up while I'm still awake that points towards someone else my vote is going to be for:

I'm still suspicious of Polantaris and I'd still vote him. Everyone who voted for Afeared was warned not to, so I'm suspicious of the ones that voted first.

The town was manipulated enough votes to go after one of two townies yesterday and Polantaris seems to be at the center.
For now I am going to go along with MasPan and [vote]Polantaris.
For now MasPan and Corn are pretty much townies, with Words and Netto probably being innocent. Derosis is probably town if the detective doesn't come forth.

@whoever voted Derosis: don't do so, not until we get some confirmation that he's mafia. It's much safer to vote and lynch Polantaris because he's more suspicious.

I'm not surprised in the least that this would happen. I knew it was going to the second I started going against him, regardless of his end role. I actually expected to wake up at the end of Day 2 with a mass of votes against me then. I'm surprised it wasn't that way.
Regardless, I will say that I wasn't exactly voting purely off of "Vote this guy just because," unlike his reasonings for his votes. He gave me clear reasons to be against him. If he wasn't so suspicious, I never would have even though of anything against him at all. Plus, regardless of what MasPan says, Hearing vs Seeing are two distinct differences. I had voided my vote until he admitted to the lie, which from my point of view made it sound like he was purposely skewering the truth to get more of a reaction out of people.
I doubt anything I say at this point will change the end result anyway, so I'm not going to lie. I made a mistake. So did he. He made several. Not my fault he made it so easy to believe he was mafia. Just remember something: I'm not the only one who voted for him. Hell, I voided my vote until he admitted to his last lie. MasPan had convinced me and if he had said nothing I never would have voted for him again.

Hear/see didnt seem like a lie so much as him paraphrasing his result PM incorrectly and not noticing until he re-read it.
