Twins share more than just faces. That is, you look exactly the same as what is described. Perhaps saying that it could be your "clone" would clarify things compared to "twin"?

Where's all the lighting been coming from?
Check to see if it's lighting you're familiar with. See what type of wiring is used.
Also, take out that handy copy of the Lesser Key of Solomon, and summon Overlord Baal, and enslave him to your will.

Fuzzbuns II happily plays with her ball before being returned to your inventory. You are too heavy to fly using your wings. It's rather rare for anyone in your species to even be able to hover.

You see what appears to be a fluorescent light on the ceiling. You are not familiar with the wiring of lights, and are unsure that it is even a fluorescent light to begin with.
You attempt to summon Overlord Baal. A small penguinlike creature appears. It looks around for a few moments before exploding in front of you.

Also if possible return to the first floor and check out if those wings are good for speed or anything at all.

Look for the TARDIS in the darkness. Perhaps the Doctor has brought you aboard the Byzantium where you were turned into a Weeping Angel, mutated into growing another set of eyes and a third arm, as well as lost your stone-like affinity.
If the TARDIS is nowhere to be found, stumble around in the darkness for the TARDIS once again. It is most likely cloaked. That sly Doctor, always cloaking his big blue box! You'll find that box eventually!
After stumbling around, search for trace amounts of time dust. You are scared that the angel you saw earlier may be yourself from an alternate timeline, or perhaps even the future. It is best to prepare in case you are thrown back in time and killed by Fuzzlebuns.

You throw some pot pieces out into the darkness. You don't hear them hit the ground.
Until you grow older, your wings are purely decorative. You are rather fond of them, though.

Your bracelet is indeed still glowing, but it's not bright enough to see into the darkness.
