There's clearly more than 124, my most updated information says 513 on that blog (without fapfics and some that were not accepted for being too bad).
Also divide that by the time each of them has been around.

Obviously, the numbers won't be exact. Fanfiction.net is just one site. But if you use it as an example of number of fanfics vs number of fanfics, Pokemon definitely has more. Doesn't matter when they were written.
