Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-30 Swerve Wrote:It seems like there is just Batman. But Kajiti's silenced status seems to indicate that Batman might have a silencer attribute or Batman could be traditional mafia man with Robin as silencer. In a game of 19, it seems that there should at least be two to three mafia hitmen. If I were mafia, I might hide one of my members among the quiet people I aforementioned while have the other two play more active roles. In a game of 14 there was 4 mafia members, so it's safe to assume there is at least 4 mafia members in this game. Plus there's a number of good guys that Mute could have chosen for the reverse town. Batman, Batwoman, Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, etc. Swerve Wrote:Inactives seriously cripple town. I'm honestly debating that it might be best to just lynch inactive players or hope that some of them don't respond so that they get kicked from the game. Because they are absolutely useless in terms of information gathering. The inactives I listed above count to 9. Therefore actives would be 10. If we lynch an active (i.e. Corn, Holypie) and mafia lynch an active then the count for actives will be 8. This is not an ideal situation as you are able to observe trends in active players and can hope to trap mafia with either lie-telling, behavior, or other behavior based factors. If they are scum, then they still might reveal themselves through gameplay. Mafia games aren't a daytime only game, it's also equally night time. Some people have their own way of playing which is being quiet, and it doesn't always mean they are a mafia/reverse town member. It's unfair to judge someone just because they aren't posting a lot because posting a lot could also be signs of someone being a mafia/reverse town member Also, just because someone isn't posting by no means is signs of a person not taking the game seriously. Synthesist has said many times in post games he is always paying attention, he just has his own way of playing and no one has the right to judge him because of that. Mephisto Wrote:If you think my rhymes lame, Okay, I enjoyed that better. Have this Hersheys Kisses. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Mephisto - 2010-11-30 For Mute, a note: Please count the vote! 6 hours more the day stays afloat And we still must decide upon a scapegoat Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Mute - 2010-11-30 Vote Count: Synthesist (Darkmaniak - Corn - KajitiSouls) Blaine (ElectricSix) Kurtle (Mephisto) Corn (Maspan) KajitiSouls ( y0y0y0y0shi0 - Holypie) no vote yet (ChaoticCJ - DualReaver - Jon - Kurtle - MetaSeraphim - Shidoshi - Blaine - Daku - y0y0y0y0shi0) ...something... ( Swerve) 3 Vote Synthesist, 2 votes Kajiti, 1 vote Blaine, Kurtle, Corn. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-30 As a Synthesist supporter no matter if he is on town/reverse mafia or mafia/reverse town side and generally against voting off someone just because they aren't "useful" to the town/reverse mafia (The only two roles that are actually useful to the town/reverse mafia are Doctors and (Dirty) Cops) I am going to vote for KajitiSouls just to force a RNG. I'll remove my vote if someone breaks the tie and doesn't retie it by night time. [vote]KajitiSouls Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Shidoshi - 2010-11-30 [Vote] Swerve You are really suspicious with wanting to counter everyone's argument and making people follow your opinion. @Meta, there is no RNG kill upon tie. Tie = no kill. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - ElectricSix - 2010-11-30 @Meta: We don't get rng kills in the event of a tie. Mute Wrote:4- All votes must be bolded. If you wish to remove a vote, unbold your previous vote. In the event that a vote ends in a tie, there will be no lynch for that day. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Mute - 2010-11-30 Meta, there is no-- *reads above* ... CURSES! Foiled by two dasterdly ninjas. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - ElectricSix - 2010-11-30 Heh, and I even quoted you.
Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-30 Ah, I guess I'll just remove my vote then as much as I hate to see Synthesist die it's better than no one I guess. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - ElectricSix - 2010-11-30 I'm not particularly happy with the votes for Synthesist or Kajiti. I doubt either one is mafia at this point, but I do find it interesting how many of the active people have voted for them. Of course I still prefer that to the "I don't want to vote" crowd, because regardless of their reasons for it, it doesn't help things. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Dual - 2010-11-30 Well shucks guys, I dislike the current major lynches. I'd also like to pop a little thing out to everyone: Don't just assume a mafia. We're mostly villains here, so I wouldn't doubt at least one of us is just trying to take us out of the way so they can rule Gotham. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Manu - 2010-11-30 DualReaver Wrote:Well shucks guys, I dislike the current major lynches. I wouldn't be surprised if that were true, but that'd probably be a neutral. It's been pretty much said that our enemies are batman and his friends. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Corn - 2010-11-30 Hey Swerve, just to let you know, I was SLEEPING and AT SCHOOL, so that's why I couldn't talk. And quite frankly, since we have a lot of evidence now, we don't really need to vote for Sythesist. Synthesist is just a good initial vote because he never talks. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Swerve - 2010-11-30 @Shidoshi: I'm in class right now and can only peruse in the middle of research/class. I won't be able to respond until 7-8 pm EST which is why I left a large paragraph four hours ago. I am pleased with most responses to my last post. Based on play style, I generally believe in the concept of open-town as additional info can help town analyze situations and form conclusions. I have tried to be fair, even when I found Corn suspicious and have stated alternative possibilities for innocence / other possible lynch choices. As stated by previous players, I try to apply pressure and look for holes because I want to play an active role whenever I'm playing any sort of game. Also, I have a tendency to talk a lot. I think that everyone knows this is typical behavior coming from my usual posts on this forum board and my style in general conversations. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Synthesist - 2010-11-30 Fine, fine, just for once. I'm only going to say; that if you kill me, you'll all be thoroughly screwed, unless there's another person with a similar role. Here's your hint: Remember what's happened in a few of the games? First night/day? Don't make this a continuation of it. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Corn - 2010-11-30 Synthesist Wrote:Fine, fine, just for once. Didn't you say that last time but you were the hooker? Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Dual - 2010-11-30 I'm not going to pry into Synthesist's role or mannerisms. I'm guessing we should turn our attention elsewhere for now. I have a question for you though Corn. Why did you list the actor names for different people in your list where you asked Kajiti about what he was? Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Manu - 2010-11-30 DualReaver Wrote:I'm not going to pry into Synthesist's role or mannerisms. I'm guessing we should turn our attention elsewhere for now.I might have the answer to that, I checked wiki for batman characters and they looked just like he posted them, they have character names and actors that played them in different movies/series. So my guess is he found same source as I did (as usual first site to show on google is wiki) and he just copy pasta'd Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Corn - 2010-11-30 Darkmaniak Wrote:I might have the answer to that, I checked wiki for batman characters and they looked just like he posted them, they have character names and actors that played them in different movies/series. Darkmaniak got it head on. I was too lazy to crop it out. Batman Mafia - MAFIA Wins. - Dual - 2010-11-30 The funny thing is my guess isn't on Corn's list. But like I said, too many variables for me to worry about it atm. |
