I am the exact opposite, I find boxers more comfy than panties. Maybe since if you've worn panties or boxer/briefs most of your life and you wear something different it feels more comfy since it's different from what you're used to, or something like that.

at first yeah it was odd, but only because i got 2 sizes too small. rectified that, and was awesome afterwards.

You misunderstood my post. I said if you've worn boxers/briefs most of your life (as you have) than you might find panties comfy, if you've worn panties for most of your life you might find boxers/briefs more comfy.
