Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 That was your one night armor making you seem awesomely fast as you were dodging the faster priority move. It's all illusion though, since that's what you excel at. After all you tricked everyone around you into thinking you were a Card you had killed. That takes some pretty awesome acting and illusion chops.
Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-09 I even tricked myself. . . Your role was a powerful one, never use it again. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - Holypie - 2010-11-09 I love how CJ and I were referenced in Synthesist's role PM. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 Lol well I enjoyed throwing in some flavor text about other Cards so people could both enjoy that, and possibly draw some interesting conclusions from it. Referencing someone seemed different than usual might make them conclude said person was mafia or the serial killer. ![]() And Meta, it wasn't nearly as OP as it sounds, if c00k13 hadn't been godkilled, he'd have killed you. Kajiti could have easily delayed you simply by getting a few sevens to prolong the number of rolls he had since you wouldn't have been able to kill him at night. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-09 I wasn't talking literally overpowerful. I mean how the role even tricked me into thinking it was something it wasn't. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 Ahhh lol, yeah I noticed that I have a bad tendency to write a lot of interesting stuff in the role pms that doesn't necessarily explain the role as well as I think it does. That's why next game I do either I'll keep the two seperate, or write all the role info first, and then add some character fluff to it. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - KajitiSouls - 2010-11-09 Blaine Wrote:Next time you idiots think I lost the game for us, stick it in your asses. Idiot? I thought maybe a kill action was the only way to get rid of the Joker for good, since neutrals tend to be pretty strong, so I didn't want you to die. As a result, I developed a gambit by not letting on that I had limited protection and planned for my eventual death. The question was how many turns I can get the Joker/Mafian to waste (which was 1). The part about the Lucky Card in Meta's info I did not foresee however. But it didn't matter too much I guess. Fate played the end xD For the record: The times I dice rolled the guys targeted for death, the dice rolls failed >_> *sigh* Also, never rolled the lucky 7, which is the most likely number to be rolled. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - Dual - 2010-11-09 The reason I said that you had lost the town the game Blaine was because I thought Meta knew that you were his target, since he was trying to lynch you. I figured Meta would have chosen you, in which case he would have won due to priority. E6 had told me before hand that the Lucky card was unkillable as long as he was Lucky, so he sort of blasted your secret to me there. I figured Meta would have chosen you, in which case he would have won due to priority. Actually, I thought they were both my target. E6 told me I only had to finish 3 more people to win, I sort of thought Dark might be an irregular but I wasn't sure, so after Dark died and I killed you I was going over in my mind should I try and lynch Blaine and kill Kajiti, or lynch Kajiti and try to kill Blaine. Then E6 told me I only had 1 left and completely confused me. E6 really f'ucked with my mind with this role during this game. I am going to kill him next game for that. I was speaking in terms of successful protections. My priority is untrumpable if you didn't notice, as I have learned on the night we all partied at Holypie's place. Afterwards, it was a matter of getting you to waste your powers on me, as I would have nothing left to do but join the common rabble. I had no idea that being Lucky would have protected me from you though. I just thought it meant I was a "special" card in some weird power thing. I asked him a lot of questions actually. I asked him about as many questions as PM's he sent out to other people over the game. But everything was still confusing, but even with that I think I played it pretty good since I am normally better with neutral roles, except for thinking I was a semi-good killer. <_< Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 Lol I thought I was actully decently clear about your abilities Kajiti. You could use your dice as many times as you wanted on yourself, up to 7, or however many you had, two times on someone else before switching to another person, and that was pretty much it as far as restrictions. And lol Meta, it wasn't intentional, but if you do end up killing me in the other game, that's fine. I expected as much from several people after this game. XP And the whole only one left thing was me trying to reference, which I did in several ways that Kajiti wasn't lucky any more and that only one card was left standing in your way. Apparently it wasn't clear enough for you to see that. XP Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - xBTAx - 2010-11-09 I haven't actually read the game thread yet (I'm only catching up just now; I've been busy since when I stopped posting in here), but if it was never revealed: what I kept hinting to was tying votes to try to godkill Meta. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 Yeah, that would have worked too, though that might have made him win too, since if it had picked Blaine, well then game over for the town. XP Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-09 ElectricSix Wrote:which I did in several ways that Kajiti wasn't lucky any more and that only one card was left standing in your way. Like I said I thought I had to kill both of them to win, before you said there was only one left. And the part in my role PM about "as long as the Lucky card is alive you cannot win". As much as you helped me is as much as you screwed me over with misinformation. D= But I am happy with the outcome. If I had won I would have felt I won in a dishonorable way and I always try to tell the truth in mafia games even if I am playing as the mafia leader. Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 Eh well I think it turned out pretty well too, though I do feel the mafia got a bit shafted by RNG with Blaine. Then again, I also feel a bit bad for Dusk, he picked the only two cards that wouldn't give him any usable results. XP Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - KajitiSouls - 2010-11-09 Blaine also stole all my luck when I wanted it the most =( Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - MetaSeraphim - 2010-11-09 So, did I give you all sorts of interesting fun and amusement oh mighty ringmaster? ![]() One thing left to be unsaid. When Corn and I were being voted for I had the option of disappearing for the day, but I didn't use it. lol Playing Cards Mafia Scrap Pile - ElectricSix - 2010-11-09 I think Blaine stole all the RNG luck for this game. And yes Meta, I was thoroughly amused. It was absolutely hilarious seeing all the speculation on what the different roles might be. If nothing else, it proved to me I can mess with people's minds via this game, and I'm always happy to do that. XP When the troll game comes, there will be so much confusion and hilariousness that I will probably have to dedicate a specific hour just for laughing about the various speculation that will go on. |
