[1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - MasPan - 2009-05-30 Remember folks, as Qui Gon Jin said, "There's always a bigger fish"
[1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - Takebacker - 2009-05-30 F'uck bigger fish. They need a lot more bosses that are for the lower 4th jobbers to kill. I don't see any reason why developers should make more bosses that literally a few thousand people out of millions will get to. They need bosses that a lot more lower 4th jobbers can kill, but still require strategy that makes killing the boss fun. Papulatus Zakum Pianus Manon Griffey Leviathan All of these bosses are suitable for low level 4th jobbers. Just about every actual not-area-boss in the game right now except HT. (I meant bosses that are strong enough to require organization. 5/6 of those are fought solo every day.) Grandpa Rog on Hell mode may be challenging (I hope) [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - KajitiSouls - 2009-05-30 bio9205 Wrote:The final battle is nearing... :goggle: I like how Cygnus and Ahran are all related to the Black Magician. It's like a whole new class meant for fighting him. Don't forget about Pirates. Kyrin = sworn enemy against the Black Magician. [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - Amnesia - 2009-05-30 Who created the Black Magician? Maybe the black magician is actaully just a doll who is controlled by somebody [To make the story more thrilling, by The Grendel The Really Old] And Grendel was the one who actaully frozen Aran's many years ago so they cant fight against the black magician and he can control him freely. [You know.. Grendel can freeze.. i/l mage...] Or, Grendel is being controlled by somebody else so thats the reason why he actaully created the Bishops, to help him get cured from the curse of his controller.. and his controller would be another boss... See, the storyline can continue in many ways. [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - holyforest - 2009-05-30 It's already obvious that Lienne will have an enormous backstory to Ereb, Magatia, Nautilus Port, and Ellin Forest. And yes, I think it will be right near El Nath because the west side of maple world is already too congested. [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - DeanNim - 2009-05-30 im guessing youll need 30 KoC characters and normal adventurer characters. The 30 KoC defeat some bosses that adventurers cant hit and when the boss dies.. the adventurers and move on with black magician while koc can just leave. Remember, cygnus chars are supposed to aid adventurers eliminate black magician. Make another portal on Aqua Road: The Dangerous Cave and have a underground area with similar settings to the pianus room? [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - JoeTang - 2009-05-30 They could also fit whatever the hell they want here:
Spoiler
[1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - ItachiPower - 2009-05-30 Maybe they'll have an arrow button leading to another world map. LOL [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - Kabanaw - 2009-05-31 Notice how Nexon strategically made the edges of the map ripped up, making it possible that that is not the edge of the map because there may still be pieces missing. Wasn't it already said Lienne is an island up near the north pole? North of El Nath makes a hell of a lot of sense. There's already an open spot on the map, and it fits geographically. Too bad no new world maps have been released yet. [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - Sarah - 2009-05-31 Well, one thing you need to take into account is that it's accessible via Lith Harbour (there's an NPC there) ![]() Circled in red where I think it is. Could be higher though, and probably is. Edit: if that WERE a world map in it's entirety, then it would make the most sense for it be hidden under the Maple sign in the corner. Easily accessible by Lith and close to Nath. Best position. [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - KajitiSouls - 2009-05-31 The world stopped making sense once I realized that the Dolphin at Aqua Road could travel instantaneously to Mu Lung region >_> [1.2.230] Black Magician rears his head - Sarah - 2009-05-31 KajitiSouls Wrote:The world stopped making sense once I realized that the Dolphin at Aqua Road could travel instantaneously to Mu Lung region >_> There's a river through el nath and stuff that's pretty clear on the world map. It's magic. I think that this is just the "Ludus Bay" Area of maple; They can still do a region of islands up north, and more treacherous areas as you go further inland. I dunno, it takes a flying Crane 1 minute of sheer flight time just to get to Mu Lung. What makes you think a Dolphin that's swimming and coming from farther away can get you to Mu Lung in an instant? Kabanaw Wrote:You can also go through a magic tree portal and travel from Leafre to Victoria. It's magic. :goggle: If the Dolphin was obviously magic, then I would have been fine. Heck, there's a portal from Nautilus to Omega Sector. Lalalalalala |
