It's extremely limited it in capabilities , though it is quite fun. It can completely lag you out though.

Curious as to what they can change to lessen the randomness in GRs.

They should probably allow for mobs to spawn more randomly and not just a very small set of combos. The way it's set up now, there are a couple of good spawns (weak monsters, high density) and some very bad spawns (strong monsters, low density), increasing the randomness with which the mobs are put onto a rift would help average out things.
Maps should also not have such a great discrepancy in size, specially corridor-type maps which punish you too severely for deaths compared to other maps.
That and take out pylons, or at least conduit, from GRs.

Yeah man. Too many other games out there. I focus on Diablo 3, then notice "oh crap, look at all this new content from my OTHER favorite games that I ignored for 2-3 months". Also WoW Expansion incoming. That always gets people playing again.

Same here whenever I pop back in. My power level doesn't jump as much anymore. Kinda stuck between farming better gear so I could level Paragon quicker.

Hopefully some neat stuff is announced at BlizzCon. They're doing a Legendary Workshop and contest. We'll probably end up with some nice Forgotten Souls from fan submissions. Maybe the Seasonals will actually be competitive this time around. And maybe they'll actually do something about trash sets.

I've lost all motivation to play and haven't touched the game in weeks. But since there's two days of double EXP left, I might log on for Paragon levels. They'll surely help for when Blizzard fixes Greater Rifts. Or the game in general. Or adds something new that catches my interest. Or give me a head start for the next expansion. Whatever. Yay levels.

Ancient Legendaries seems a bit... I hope the bonuses are a bit more significant for non-weapons. I can imagine that some of these will still drop at a useless level if they still roll random stats, especially for slots that have a lot of competitive rolls. i.e. gloves. Hopefully, they improve the stat rolls for more things as well. I'm seeing those armour rolls as being identical to regular legendaries.

Can't say I'm too excited over the new Barbarian or Demon Hunter sets.
Rend Whirlwind? MUH BUILD DIVERSITY
Multishot? Really? As if we need more Arsenal spamming. Why not any of the other spenders that no one uses? Why not more than one spender?
Wizard set seems a bit odd with the skill choices. Shock Pulse and Energy Twister are random as pineapple. Energy Twister still doesn't contact for more than 2s on nonGRs. Can't imagine a way to justify using those two over Arcane Orb and Magic Missile without a redesign. ET is about as much damage as AO against regular monsters, but costs more and hits an unpredictable path. MM is just straight up better than SP. Always. And then two supporting legendaries for a 6 piece set? Plus the Slow Time Wand and Mirrorball. Except you then realise that a moving ET pulling monsters to its last location every 5 seconds means it deals half a second of damage and moves away from the monster it just pulled. Meaning Wicked Wind is king again. Might be fun to play, might be absolutely gimmicky high APS Critical Mass cheese style.

And that Sunwuko Change.

Oh and the new legendary gems shown so far are absolutely worthless to anyone using the currently most used gems so... Great plan to shift that. No one needs healing when the problem is being oneshot. The margin of dying to pomegranate because you don't have enough defense is probably in the range of like 1000%. But yeah, massive resistance boost when you're at half health...? Hope they have something actually interesting in store tomorrow.
