Thing is, they're trying to get rid of "randomness" in order to make competitive play more balanced and controlled. I like and hate it at the same time... on one end you likely won't get randomly fucked over from say a 9 from game and watch or the random gordo, but now you won't have those "OH SHI-" moments that are absolutely hilarious either. Kind of a double edged sword.

I understand that for sure, but like I said there was a way to keep both of that ability's useful forms without keeping randomness, and it would also keep the craziness factor of that move around, at least for Dedede.

they could just program the throws similar to how G&W hammer works in PM, but only in the sense that it is impossible to get the same outcome twice(e.g you cant double gordo) meaning each throw will have a fixed 50% chance on a specific pair of outcomes. it still retains the "randomness" of the throws while helping predict the next throw

Waddle doos are never useful. They held dedede back from actually having a good projectile.

P:M did it right. You can pick up doos and dees after you throw them and glide toss with them, increasing movement and stage presence as well as recovery and even combo potential.

Because some of you people don't follow smash memes as much as I thought, it's become a running joke that ridley isn't being added "because he's too big". I think it came from a brawl interview or something. That's why people are relating the text to Ridley. At the very least, whoever is making these picture captions is in on the joke.

He may or may not... he's a pretty unique character, especially when you put Fox <-> Falco, and Fox <-> Wolf. He's a hell of a lot less of a clone than Falco is. And I wouldn't even consider Falco a clone at this point. I dunno, if Ike, Lucario, and Toon Link all made it in.... his odds aren't AWFUL.

I'm still really worried about Lucas... especially since that Gematsu leak has been completely true so far..

It's about the play style though. Not sure how ike and lucario inclusion affects spacies.

It doesn't help that Choir Boys are from said Gematsu leak and Rhythm Heaven enemies are in Smash Run.
