Enhance scrolls only improve attack if it already was on the item before scrolling. I thought everyone already knew enhances would make VL and scg's have more attack, along with PAC's and BFC's.

Seems like until it has 25 or so to a stat, it won't gain from that with enhancements. Except for
- str/dex/luk/int (random chance of +1 ~ 3)
- acc/avoid (seems to always be 3?)
- hp/mp (10-30?)

None of the Von Leon Gloves come with Attack, so the theory that things need to have Attack on them for an Enhancement to add Attack is totally out the window now.

considering brYan made a 27 minute long video or so of how he white-scrolled these, them ALSO posted a picture of the final result with 27 attack, seriously, what else can you want as proof?
because SOMEONE is going to complain though, bryan, if you ever throw the next enhancement (as in, when NX shields come) mind frapping it too?

104 atk cause i failed 2 60%s on it T.TEIDIT: just realized this has the potential to have infinite attack on equips like this. :C Assuming of course you pass 10%s like a boss.

I meant to frap this one but I derped and never turned it on :/
I will be throwing more enhances on once protection shields come out (and I get the money for them....), but only after I finish my xbow.

I have never self cubed anything above 15%
My 18% cape, 21% earrings, and 28% dex belt were bought. So far, around 200 cubes on gloves (from rare) and not even 9% dex yet :|

I suppose there has to be some high-ish minium atk value in gloves, capes and shoes for the enhancements to add attack? I've enhanced a couple crappy PaCs and WGs but never ended with any extra atk.

It is just annyoing to see your Cashshop window full of cubes and after 10 minutes the window is empty and your gear is still RARE....
