Fireball is straight up overpowered. I didn't realize it until I started doing Astral runs. My higher leveled party members were doing tiny amounts of damage to mob hp bars and I was 1hkoing them.

I have my Gladiator at 32, and Paladin at 32 so far. I looked at Electric Smite prices earlier today (Well, yesterday) and even quality was about 1k, superb was 5k. Wut? Thankfully my lady found a Smite plate that I can have.
Going to work on my Mercenary next, then my Moonlord. So far only have Whirlwind plate for Mercenary, and none for Moonlord. Need that Halfmoon.

Superb Moonlight Splitter was the first plate I ever found, so I have that on him, just need Halfmoon. Not sure what my 4th plate would be. I'm going for Splitter, Halfmoon, and Great Wave, so I'm not sure what to put in that last slot later on.

My computer is terrible and I run DN just fine. I just turned the graphics down from high to normal.

this game is getting me EXTREMELY pissed, for some reason, 75% of the times i try to go out of town, after accepting the "outside is instanced wanna go out?" message, i get freaking stuck, can't move or do anything but stare as i'm locked, and have to crash the client and relog. then it just goes and appens again.

it's not my computer; that works just fine. It's my internet. It literally takes 10 minutes to buffer a 3 minute video and you can't even stream in 240p without having lag spikes every 30 seconds. That and I share it with people who consistently stream things like youtube videos, old tv episodes and football. I don't know why it's been slow for the past few months; never had this problem before >.> I have to find time to call up the provider...

How the pineapple will increasing our wireless profile help my crap ping when I'm directly connected to the router is beyond me. With all the money these Canadian companies are making, they could at least provide some tech support within Canada instead of India. :|

How much are Superb Twin Shot or Rain of Arrow crests over there? Last I saw, they were about 8k and 4k gold each respectively in Argenta.

Guided Missiles is 1 of the 4 skill crests I would get even as a sniper. Even though it's based on magic dmg, I feel that this is better than getting Rain of Arrows due to its high CD.

Want. Forever alone in Velskud though, I guess.
Tried crossbow, thinking about going back to longbow despite those having slightly less magic damage, since crossbows in this game are ugly and I can probably just spam Twin Shot to circumvent that godawful longbow piercing attack. I guess with the later skills, I'll be able to spam skills without even thinking of using the regular attack, so the extra longbow range would be helpful. Better figure it out before I actually start raising my Sharpshooter to 32, hahahaha.

I think moonblade dance, or whatever the 3rd job one where "You jump in the air and throw out 5~ waves downwards"
Btw, halfmoon damage vs animation also depends on playstyle. Some people want animation for PvE still because you're a sitting duck during it and that can be problematic (most noticeable during sea dragon nest). I'm still on the fence of which one I want.

My brother and I have 1 of every character, first half 24+, slowly working on 2nd half. I've already done most of the research for each class so I can answer stuff if needed.
Argenta has a few other SP people that don't post here, namely Netto and Marksman Bryan. Most of the bellocan empress squad is in argenta as well, among some other "well known bello community members" (you'd only know them if you played in bello)
Hopefully my sharpshooter and paladin will get to 29 today, can't wait for new skills.

Longbow vs crossbow is always discussed for sharpshooter. The normal attack effect doesn't matter too much in higher levels due to using skills most often, so it's just the extra 1.5m range from the longbow. Ignoring that and the extra critical given by the longbow, is the following true
While longbow has higher phydmg than crossbow and xbow has higher magdmg than longbow, if you look at the average values [(max + min)/2], xbow wins on phydmg and magdmg. Because the average is higher, even though you can't spam attacks to get an accurate dps rating, xbow will still do more damage on the average in physical and magical.
