Just saw the updated post at S@20. Each soul has negative 0.01 scaling. Couldn't get that from the videos already up because of the rounding in the HUD.

The problem (and I suppose a solution to another problem) is how Riot "forced" players to play him almost exclusively as a Support or Tank. With his ratios, you're not going to be bursting down anyone soon, if not slowly chipping away at them. Of course, he won't make a fantastic tank since his ratios are on-par with Leona and unliker her, he's not naturally tanky (ie., he needs kills to happen).
Of course, the solution I'm referring to is that for Sion-syndrome, which he kind of already has anyways, but Riot so.

Minions have a chance to drop souls if he's near them when they die. Same with monsters.

Not a bad guy. He's got some very interesting abilities, though they require a lot of teamwork. I was able to save our ADC multiple times with the lantern.
